There are those competing interests that men and women have that have been going on either since human evolution began or since Adam and Eve. Competing interests cause people to hide thier intentions from one another and sooner or later the hidden agenda gets exposed. How many times have you heard it said that all the man wanted was some nookie...or how about the woman who doesn't tell the man that she plans on trying to change a lot of things about him.

The wedge between man & woman originates with the first couple in the Garden Of Eden. The devil encouraged
separate thinking with the partaking of the forbidden fruit. Since then, it seems like most men & women have been
on different levels of thought, as far as how to co-exist & respect each other. We need to really work hard to understand each other, work together, and play the roles that God set for us. Only then will we be truly happy, because we need each other. I appologize if I sound too preachy.

i really hope that is not the case. i know i've had impure and evil thoughts pravoked by the ugliness of the world. if i thought that this were ultimatley true, i'd be hesitate to think another thought for fear of telekinetically blowing the world up. on the real tho, the only thing getting blown up is my bathroom after i finish the 6 hr burrito.

my perception of that whole law(well part of it) is, US, humans by nature are creatures of habbit. subconsciously we follow the paths laid out in our minds or in our hearts(there is recent proof that the heart is an intelligent organism). we are able to accomplish these things because we've already laid down the foundation (the vision) in our minds. now these are things pertained to things that we want and are socially acceptable to obtain.

now for the bad ****, i remember hearing either Ronald Regan or Jimmy Carter making some sort of reference to adultry. Saying that they commited adultry many times, but in their own mind. They possessed the ability to reason so they knew not to act out on it. The ability to reason...this is what i believe protects us from that "universal law" we do play a hand, we do have some sort of control of what we have coming to us.

lol last part. I just finished watching American Psycho. The main character had all these sick fantasies that manifested in his mind and were projected onto a note pad. During the movie you're led to believe that he acted out these acts but come to learn that they were all just imagined by Patrick Bateman.

the whole thing i'm trying to get it is, i hope and believe that the things we want and wish for stay at that. a vision, unless we find it in ourselves to make a conscience decision to take action and act on it

well I didn't get a chance to watch the whole movie (The Secret) it was saying that ultimately whatever thoughts we have will manifest themselves into reality... Bcz once we wish for something (good OR BAD) the universe sends it!

ahhhhh. the laws of attraction. i knew a girl who i worked with who would try to make herself as dull as possible to avoid males from coming on to her at work. we worked at a bar so every night these drunk men would come onto her and you could see that she was disgusted by it. on the flip side some women who came into the bar to drink were ridiculously dressed. they drunker they became the sadder they became.

the people who always came into the bars looking to go home with sombody were always the sadest cases. after witnessing this for the last few months i've recently decided to leave all that trying to attract another thing behind me and decided to pray on it instead.

it sounds pretty pathetic to some but i just pray to god that one day, he might bless me with a worthy mate if he finds in his power to do so. the ones who try usually put on that mask, that fake persona. sad thing is, they have to learn the hard way.

I am watching "The Secret" now, and its talking about the law of attraction and the universe and how we bring about the reality of who we attract and things we invite into our lives. As far as the little kids go... Kids who get love know how to give love... and ppl who abuse others bring abusiveness into their lives. I am still forming my thought on this. But I guess I would have to say that ppl who constantly find themselves in a particular situaition of invite the situation through thoughts which bring about action.

i wouldn't say Hate, but those things are deffinetly a punch to the face. (being used in a relationship for personal gain)

each person has to take responsibility on how they treat sombody else. they can't blame it on this or that.

i have been very hurtful to others in the past and usually refused to take into consideration their feelings. human beings do this because we are selfish and cold hearted. to grow the individual needs to mature and change his way of doing things. make more of an effort to be there people and not be so quick to judge. if this can be done by more people then more people can witness this and follow by example. also very important for the younger generation because if they can practice showing love to their fellow man at a young age, hopefully that will mold into their character and those sort of things will become second nature to them.

they way i see it, anybody using sombody for sex or money have some sort of character flaw. they need to become aware of it and take care of it.
